Upload your resale certificate
Florida Form DR-13, or the equivalent issued by your state. Upload it with your registration — it has to be on file before trade pricing can be applied.
We review it
One to two business days. We’ll come back to you either way, and tell you what’s missing if anything is.

You get login details, and your trade pricing shows automatically when you’re signed in.
Order whenever you need to
Online, by phone, or on WhatsApp. We place it with the manufacturer and it ships to the address you give us.
A resale certificate is required
To buy tax-exempt for resale, every account must have a valid state resale certificate on file — a Florida Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) or your state’s equivalent. This is a legal requirement, not a formality. Without a current certificate, standard retail pricing and sales tax apply to all orders.
Florida certificates expire on December 31 regardless of when they were issued. We re-verify every account at the start of each calendar year. If yours lapses, the account reverts to standard taxable pricing until a current certificate is received.
Exemption applies only to products bought for resale to your own customers. Anything you buy for your own business use stays taxable.
Contact your state’s Department of Revenue to obtain your certificate before you register. We can still open a standard account for you in the meantime.

Registration takes a few minutes. Have your business details and resale certificate to hand before you start.
- Business name and the name of the person on the account
- Business type — installer, contractor, electrician, property manager
- License or contractor number, if you hold one
- Phone, email, and the city and state you work in
- A copy of your resale certificate to upload — Florida Form DR-13 or your state equivalent
